In the unfortunate event that a repair is not possible, or the cost of so doing is prohibitive, we may suggest replacing it with a new, modern and more energy efficient boiler.

Whether a residential or commercial property, we can install a boiler powered by natural gas, oil or LPG. We can also install a high quality, reliable combi boiler, providing a high-efficiency water heater and central heating boiler in the same enclosure.

Whichever type of boiler you task us with fitting, we will do the job safely and effectively. Our heating engineers are Gas Safe registered, verifying their ability to work safely and legally with gas appliances, while we are also OFTEC-registered to install oil boilers.

We are delighted to provide you with the reassurance that all boilers we install carry a manufacturer-supplied guarantee of up to 12 years*. You can choose from manufacturers such as Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Gloworm, ATAG and Viessmann. Should you need advice on the most suitable boiler for you, our expert home and family survey will provide you with personal guidance.

Of course, with a combined 70 years of heating industry experience, we hope that you will never need to fall back on the guarantee – but it’s there to provide you with a little extra reassurance.

Boiler repair Excellent and reliable company. All engineers knowledgeable, friendly and smartly dressed. Replaced expansion vessel and pressure valve switch. Everything was clearly explained and all queries explained. Kate was very helpful when calling for help and to book up the repair. A pleasure to use a trustworthy business. This was shortly following using a 24 hour ‘Check a trade’ Company for a repair who disappointedly were untrustworthy. These guys are the business! Really professional, highly competent, and thoughtful ( not just in being around the house but also in the way they do the installation). I've rarely come across a team like this where they are all such lovely people, considerate, tidy, prompt, and generally hugely confidence inspiring. So glad we used them as are the two other householders in our road who recommended them to us.

A great company… A really friendly and knowledgeable team. Really responsive to questions. They went through all my options for replacing the boiler and removing the old system. Their work was great, neat and tidy and you couldn’t tell you’d had workmen in by the end of each day. Highly recommend.

Going the extra mile From the initial survey, the important thing for ourselves was to have the install exact. In our case we wanted all the boiler pipes hidden in the kitchen and a high finish outside on the brickwork on top of the other work. The team achieved this and being able to work to this standard in a heatwave was going some.

Pressure reducing valve fitted We had a pressure reducing valve installed and it was quick and caused minimal disruption. Another service provided by Bespoke Gas that we are really happy with.
